Project Overview
This $96m residential aged care facility contains a new 3 story 107 bed residential aged care facility as well as refurbishment and re-purposing a Historical building, 40 independent living units and associated basement car parking. There will also be refurbishment works to existing buildings to create retirement living apartments and community spaces.

Our Involvement
Quantz are working closely with the head contractor providing services including bills of quantities at tender stage, quantities surveying relating to variations and documentation changes.
